QUOTED PRICES SHALL INCLUDE ALL COSTS INCIDENTAL TO PROVIDING THE GOODS SPECIFIED, INCLUDING FREIGHT, PACKAGING, MATERIALS, LABOR, FEES, OVERHEAD, AND PROFIT. Payment terms are Net 30 Days unless a discount is offered for prompt payment.
