Preventative Maintenance, Inspection Services, and Repairs to the DES Champs RTU HVAC Equipment located at the Water Lab The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, safety equipment, parts, materials, supplies, and consumables necessary to perform complete preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair of the Des Champs, RTU HVAC system to ensure continuous and reliable operations.
