RFQ-051017 - On-Call Bio-Hazard Custodial Services

Provide on-call Bio-Hazard Custodial Services when and where needed: Clean bodily fluid spills, sanitize, and dispose of waste. Perform service according to industry standards and local/state regulations.  

Services typically are required at the City Jail or the police precincts but might be requested for any City of Yonkers facility.  Most requests for service are limited in scope and can be completed within one hour.

In recent years, Yonkers has utilized this service approximately 10-15 times per calendar year.

Vendor will be asked to furnish proof of NYS Workers Compensation, NYS Disability Benefits, Commercial General, and Commercial Auto insurance policies listing City of Yonkers as additional insured.
