RFP-dc-210 Mobile Concession - Mobile Food and Refreshment Concess at Various City Parks

Summary of Specifications:
Maintain and Operate a Mobile Food Refreshment Concession Stand The City of Yonkers (the City) is seeking qualified and competent Vendors to operate and maintain a quality mobile food and refreshment concession at several park facilities that are available to the public. The Vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, and material required to operate and maintain the concession at no cost to the City. A guaranteed flat fee payable annually is the City’s proposed method of payment for leasing the facility. The City has provided the Park sites and the minimum upset price for each facility. The vendor must have an approved motor vehicle or push cart with the proper permits and licenses from the Westchester County Health Department and Yonkers Consumer Protection. 

Each Park facility will be awarded to one vendor. Proposers have the option of submitting proposals for one or all Park facilities. An award for each concession will be considered independently from each other. The terms of the lease agreement shall be for a three year period.
