Summary of Specifications:
Single Prime Contract for construction of the Mill Street Courtyard. M/WBE goals = 20%. Work to include but not limited to demolition of existing Mill Street, earthwork, demolition and construction of river channel walls and bottom, park/plaza, pedestrian bridge, vehicular bridge, utilities and reconstructed Mill Street in the City of Yonkers. All work to be performed in compliance with the Contract Documents, Grant provisions, and Code requirements.
