Summary of Specifications:
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the replacement of (approx. 14,000 square feet) existing concrete sidewalk pavements and (approx. 1,200 lin. ft.) of concrete curb. The project also includes various streetscape improvements such as the installation of 11 new ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, (approx. 3,400 sq. ft.) of Bomanite amenity strip, 10 ground-mounted “period” street-lighting units and all underground wiring and splice boxes, 19 new street trees, catch basins and site furniture. Engineer’s estimate: $300,000 - $400,000
