Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Yonkers is soliciting quotes to establish a file price for select lumber products frequently utilized by its Water Repair Shop. The file price shall remain in effect until June 30, 2015. 

REQUIREMENTS: 1. All pricing shall be firm and fixed until June 30, 2015. 2. Quoted pricing shall include delivery to the City's Water Shop location, zip code 10701. 3. Orders for delivery will be called in by phone as needed--all such phone orders will reference the established file price order number. 4. The minimum order amount shall be $250. 5. Delivery required within 5 business days ARO. 6. Payment terms are Net 30 days. 7. All quotes are deemed F.O.B. DESTINATION. 8. QUOTED PRICES SHALL INCLUDE ALL COSTS INCIDENTAL TO PROVIDING THE GOODS SPECIFIED, INCLUDING FREIGHT, PACKAGING, MATERIALS, LABOR, FEES, OVERHEAD, AND PROFIT. 9. All quantities are estimates only, the City may order some, all, or none of the quantities listed.
