DETAILS: The City of Yonkers requires printing of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation’s Community Recreation booklet/brochure. Dimensions: Final Size 8 ½” X 11 (Image area is 7” x9 ¾”) Presswork to be printed web offset. Binding shall be glued. There will be a total of two printings under Option A – one 12 pages self cover, and one 16 pages self cover. There will be a total of three printings under Option B - two 12 pages self cover, and one 16 pages self cover.. The City prefers to award the contract for the work described in option A and B, however, if the City considers the cost of the lowest bidder for option B to be excessive, the City will award the contract to the lowest bidder for option A only. This is a requirements type contract commencing on or about November 1, 2009.
