RFB-dc-5388 - Furnish and Deliver GE Luminaires

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver 100, 150, 250, and 400 Watt Sodium Vapor Luminaires manufactured by GE LIGHTING, or equal for use on street lighting. Bidders to submit with their bids, complete documentation / technical specifications describing the luminaire lamp and photocontrol and IES types of distributions. The luminaires to be furnished under this contract shall be new and free from damage or defects of any kind. The luminaires shall be guaranteed to be free from any defects in design, material, or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after final delivery. If during this period such defects develop, the contractor shall replace the defective luminaires with new luminaires without cost to the City, with all transportation charges paid by the contractor. Delivery shall include off-loading by the contractor in the storage location designated. The minimum order quantity shall be thirty (30) luminaires.
