Summary of Specifications:
furnish and deliver a basic unit for an asphalt pothole patcher as manufactured by Pro-Patch model TCM 425-80-DHED or Equal. This unit shall be to the manufacturer’s standard. It shall be equipped with the manufacturer’s equipment and accessories which are included as standard in the advertised and published literature for the unit. No such item of equipment or accessories shall be removed or omitted for the reason that it was not specified in the bid. Requirements: 1. The successful vendor shall be required to mount the asphalt pothole patcher on a 2012 7400 SBA 4X2 SL (SA035) chassis International Truck. This chassis shall be provided by the City and delivered to the successful vendor’s service facility by the chassis manufacturer or authorized distributor. The Pothole Patcher vehicle shall be complete and ready to operate. The vendor shall deliver the entire unit to the City of Yonkers DPW Vehicle Maintenance Division, 1130 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10703 to the attention of the Director of Vehicle Operations. 2. If bidding an “or equal” to the Pro-Patch the vendor must guarantee that the unit provided will compatible with the International Truck chassis without any additional alteration to the vehicle as provided. Your bid reply shall include product spec sheets if bidding an “or equal”.
