Total cost must include delivery, installation, footing design, and mounting bolt layout template of the new sign, and removal and disposal of the existing sign. All disposal methods must comply with all laws and regulations. The City will be responsible for all extraneous installation matters such as electrical upgrades and footings. Awarded vendor will be required to submit proofs of general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and disability insurances. “OR EQUALS” are permitted but detailed specification sheets must accompany quote submissions. Failure to supply these documents will render the submitted quote unresponsive.
