Furnish, deliver, install, connect, and calibrate BLODGETT DOUBLE DECK FULL SIZE GAS CONVECTION OVENS at two Yonkers Public Schools (YPS) locations. YPS has confirmed unit will fit through all doors at delivery locations. Tailgate delivery is required as location does not contain a loading dock. Delivery will not require any stairs or contain any obstacles. Unit will be located under an exhaust hood. All electrical and gas lines will be prepared and ready for the awarded vendor to connect at the time of delivery. Each location will contain existing, obsolete equipment that will require removal. All equipment, materials, fluids being replaced under this contract shall become the property of the contractor and removed from the site. Disposal of these materials is to be done per all current EPA, DEC, Westchester County and local regulations. Where these regulations require, a copy of the manifest of disposal will be submitted to the District. Delivery and removal is to be scheduled in advance to ensure the appropriate personnel are onsite to accept delivery. Awarded vendor will be required to submit proofs of general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and disability insurances per the insurace requirements listed on the quotation form.
