The intent of these specifications is to describe a FOUR WHEEL DRIVE , rubber -tire loader / backhoe of integral chassis construction with a componentized power train . 1 one unit will have swivel bucket and pneumatic concrete hammer. 1 one unit shall have an extended dipper stick. Both units will have quick couple disconnect attachments for the backhoes.
