Firing Range Cleaning, Maintenance & Repairs ITB-en- 5652 Location: Yonkers Police Department – Police Training Center 1st Precinct 730 East Grassy Sprain Road, Yonkers, NY 10710 General Requirements: The City of Yonkers is seeking bidders to perform for following: general inspection, maintenance, decontamination, lead abatement, clean, repairs on an as needed basis and duct work if necessary at the Yonkers Police Department Training Facility. Bidder shall respond for service within 48 hours of notification. All work shall be performed in compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations. Bidders are to possess the necessary permits, and licenses required by Federal, State, and Local laws in the performance of this work. All repair work shall have a warranty for a minimum of 90 days from date of work completion. Copy of Licenses and Permits are to be attached to bid documents. There will be a site-inspection on January 25, 2012 @ 11:00AM at the above location address. NYSDOL PRC#2012000254 and Insurance is required as per bid specification.
