Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide for all necessary labor, transportation, storage, tools, materials, equipment, consumables, and permits to conduct July 4th Fireworks Displays. At a minimum, the Contractor shall have a current User of Fireworks Federal Explosives Permit Type 54 and shall have been regularly licensed and certified and engaged in the business of providing firework displays for five (5) years. The Contractor shall shoot the Firework Displays from a barge in the Hudson River adjacent to the City Pier. The barge shall be anchored approximately 1200 feet from shore. The display shall be a minimum of twenty-five (25) minutes in length without interruption. The displays shall include a variety of shell sizes, types, and effects choreographed and synchronized
