Description

The City of Yonkers / Yonkers Public Schools – Schools Facilities Management seeks a vendor to fabricate and install one (1) aluminum ground sign measuring 84" x 40" at Museum School 25. The contractor is to provide all necessary labor and materials to perform this work.

Sign Material: 1/8" Thick Aluminum Extrusion; dimensions: 84" x 40".

Post Mounted: Two (2) Aluminum posts 4 inches x 4 inches x 1/8 inch thick; Posts bolted from the inside of the frame; Posts installed into concrete base. *SEE ATTACHED DETAIL ON PAGE 3 OF THE QUOTATION FORM.

Finish: Primed and painted – color to be decided by Principal at later date/upon award.

Lettering: "MUSEUM SCHOOL 25" with 3/8 inch flat cut acrylic letters, single sided.

Artwork: Will be provided by City of Yonkers / Yonkers Public Schools upon award; a sample of a previous design for a different school has been included on the subsequent pages for demonstrative purposes (page 4 of the quotation form).

Location of Install: Pictures attached – front of school; confirmed via site visit.

Installation Work Hours: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday – Friday) unless otherwise stated by the department.

SITE VISIT/INSPECTION: A SITE VISIT/INSPECTION HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2019 AT 11:00 AM. WE WILL MEET IN THE BACK PARKING LOT.
