The drainage aspect of the work involves the placement of 6 drainage inlets rerouting roof leaders, a trench drain, approximately 300 feet of piping and connection to a existing storm drain at a depth of greater than 12 feet. The sewer aspect of the work involves the repair/replacement of the 4 basement floor drains, 2 p-traps, and 50 feet of sewer piping. This is a prevailing wage rate job. The engineers estimate is between $150,000 and $225,000.
