RFP No. 382 - Electronic and Telephonic Payments to the City

The City of Yonkers (the “City”) is soliciting sealed technical and cost proposals to select a Contractor or Contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to enable the public to make payments to the City of Yonkers, such as taxes, utility bills, and parking tickets by credit card, debit card, and personal check via the Internet, telephonic Interactive Voice Response System (IVR), and in-person at a number of locations in the City.
 
The City desires a turnkey solution that integrates all services into a single system.  However, the City may award more than one contract.
The City’s objective is to process tax and utility payments, parking tickets, permit and license fees and other assorted fees payable to the City.  The City issues approximately 70,000 tax bills, 60,000 water bills, and 500,000 parking tickets annually.  The City has a variety of locations where it desires to have credit and debit card processing.
