Summary of Specifications:
The Corporation of the City of Yonkers (the “City”) and the Yonkers Public Schools (the “YPS”), jointly, and with the City of Yonkers being the lead agency, are informing the vendor community of a potential business opportunity to provide Digital Copier Cost-Per-Copy Pricing Program. Through this joint Request for Proposal (RFP) process, we are requesting qualified vendors to submit technical and cost proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to provide a five year (60 months) Digital Copier Cost-Per-Copy Pricing Program with no option to purchase. The equipment shall be picked up by the Contractor at the end of the contract at no cost to the City or the YPS. The award will result in two separate contracts, one issued by the City of Yonkers and the other issued by the Yonkers Public Schools. Each contract will represent the separate, individual and unique needs for that organization. Communications with the City and the YPS: Proposers are advised that from the date this RFP is issued until the award of the Contract, no contact with the City or with the YPS related to this solicitation is permitted, except as authorized by the City of Yonkers Purchasing Director, Tom Collich.
