Summary of Specifications:
The City intends to award a contract to one or more qualified firms to assist with the approximately 80 certiorari cases per year that require appraisal consulting services.

Appraisal firms responding to this RFP will require general knowledge of office, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, multi-family, mixed use, shopping center, strip mall, retail and retail specific (restaurants, gas stations, funeral homes, etc.) market values, based on Westchester County and the City of Yonkers real estate market and economic factors.
