ITB-6115 - Construction & related svces. for the Riverfront Library Flood Proofing Project

The intent of this contract is to construct improvements to flood proof the Water Front Library. The
work includes, but is not limited to, removal of windows and doors and replacing with concrete
masonry, construction of reinforced concrete walls, furnish and installation of flood plank systems,
extension of utility vent/fill piping, constructing an enclosure at the book return, furnish and installation
of manholes over existing storm lateral overflows including furnishing and installation of storm water
backflow valve, furnishing and installation of storm drain piping, and restoration of sidewalks,
roadways, curbs and landscaping disturbed by the construction of proposed improvements
