Summary of Specifications:
Twelve month contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services which may include, but is not limited to the following: cut down trees along the line of work, remove and dispose of off-site in legal manner; furnish, install, and maintain all traffic control devices at all work locations; furnish, install, and maintain temporary fencing at all open trench locations; saw cut and remove existing pavement, excavate trench and install approved sheeting to sub-grade where depth of excavation is greater than 5-feet; furnish and install a series of standard catch basins, bubble basins, and manholes; abandon or remove existing structures, disconnect, abandon and plug the existing basin connections that tied into the existing sanitary sewer manholes; furnish and install storm water sewer and basin connections with new PVC/DIP pipes; reconnect new sewers/basins connections into existing storm water sewer manholes/catch basins; support and protect all city owned utility crossings and encroachments; support and protect privately owned utilities; remove and replace existing sidewalk and curbing; furnish and install new sidewalk and curbing including new 4-inch asphalt concrete berm and asphalt concrete swale (30” wide, 6” depth); furnish and install rip rap gabions and paved gutters; restore all areas disturbed during construction and cleanup all work sites.
