Summary of Specifications:
The Contract shall be required to furnish, during normal City working hours (7 AM-5 PM), repair and maintenance service to all elevators as listed in the City's specifiations. In addition the Contractor will furnish emergency call back service at all times so as not to keep elevators out of service for a period longer than necessary to make repairs.
