Summary of Specifications:
Bid 5605 – 12 month contract to remove tree stumps as needed. The contract shall cover photo and measurement of stump and root flare shall be noted along with each address. All stumps and root flares will be ground to a depth of 4” below grade. All stump and root flare shavings will be removed except for an amount to sufficiently create a slight mound at the stump site. All wood and stump shavings may be dumped at the City’s Organic Recycling Center located at 610 Nepperhan Avenue. Prevailing Wage The New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) Prevailing Rate Case Number for this work is PRC # 2010002646.
