Bid 5194 – City-Wide Tree Planting for Fall 2006 & Spring 2007 The City of Yonkers invites bids for the purchase and planting of approximately 300 +/-50% trees throughout the City of Yonkers in accordance with the following specification. The city’s anticipated annual expenditure is $60,000. Work shall be performed in mid- September 2006 and be completed by end –October 2006 or mid-April 2007 and be completed by mid-May 2007 or a combination thereof. The Commissioner of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation will specify the planting season and at which time to proceed with the planting.
