The City of Yonkers (“City”) requests proposals from qualified and experienced cruise and cruise facility operators, owners, and/or companies to establish and operate a dinner and entertainment cruise operation out of the Yonkers City Pier (the “Pier”) and/or JFK Marina (the “Marina”; the Pier and the Marina collectively, the “Facilities”) in accordance with an operating agreement to be entered into with the City (“Operating Agreement”). The City seeks to activate the Facilities and expand and enhance access to the natural, scenic beauty of the Hudson River and Palisades
