ITB-4931 - Bregano Park Playground Rehabilitation

Summary of Specifications:
Four month contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services which may include, but is not limited to the following: furnish, install, and maintain erosion control fencing, tree protection, topsoil stripping, storing, and respreading, earthwork and disposal of unsuitable material; prepare and install asphalt roadways, paths, and basketball courts, rubber safety surface, concrete pavers, sidewalks, drainage improvements, pavement markings, line painting, reseeding, security lighting, retaining wall, basketball posts & backboards, chain link fences and gate, playground equipment, and benches; restore all areas disturbed during construction and cleanup entire work site.
