RFP-218 - A&E Services for the Design of the Nodine Hill Community Center

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is seeking Proposals from qualified Proposers for the design of a Nodine Hill Community Center. The Community Center is to be constructed on a portion of Cochran Park, a City park located at the intersection of Yonkers Avenue, Walnut Street and Oliver Avenue in the Nodine Hill neighborhood The Proposer shall provide all servioces needed to complete the design work for the Community Center, including but not limited to: Architectural Design services, Structural Design Services, including soils testing, Mechanical Design Services, including HVAC and plumbing, Electrical Design Services, Landscaping Design Services, Cost Estimating Services, and Construction Administration.
