Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified bidders to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for repairing and resurfacing existing pavement, placing new pavement and grading to achieve proper surface drainage for same including removal of old pavement and old pavement foundation where ordered, adjusting existing manholes and basins to conform to finished grade of pavement after resurfacing and all other work required to complete the Contract in all its parts to the satisfaction of the Engineer. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to contact and obtain all Code 753 mark-outs for existing utility locations prior to commencing work at all locations.
