Description

Yonkers Public Schools (“the District”) is seeking proposals from qualified healthcare providers to deliver skilled nursing services to students with intensive medical needs. These 1:1 nursing services will be provided both during the school day and during transportation to and from school. The goal is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of students requiring continuous or intermittent medical care.

The healthcare provider will provide nursing services for students registered in Yonkers Public Schools, who may attend either in-District or Out of District Programs. Services will include 1:1 skilled Nursing.

One marked Technical Proposal, one marked Cost Proposal, one marked Schedules, and one marked Vendor Background Questionnaire, all with your legal company name. Return all required Schedules with your submission.  Electronic signatures and/or scanned signatures from Proposers’ authorized representatives will be acceptable.

Proposals received after 2:00 PM are late and will not be accepted.
