The City of Watertown, N.Y. is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms with expertise in zoning to lead the process of preparing a new zoning ordinance for the City, as per City specifications. All interested parties are to submit their proposals to the City’s Purchasing Department, Suite 302 City Hall, 245 Washington Street, Watertown, N.Y. no later than 4:00 P.M. local time, Friday, February 21, 2020 at which time all proposals submitted will be opened and read.
All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked:
“Zoning Ordinance Rewrite”
