SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EMMA FLOWER TAYLOR FIRE STATION HVAC
REPLACEMENT PROJECT in Watertown, New York, will be received at Watertown City Hall, 245 Washington
Street, Office of the Purchasing Manager, Room 205, Watertown, New York, 13601, until 11:00 AM on
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH, 2018 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project site is located at the Emma Flower Taylor Fire Station, 224 South Massey Street in Watertown, NY. Project
includes the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC System, as well as all associated temporary heat, asbestos
abatement, and installation of associated electrical equipment required at the Emma Flower Taylor Fire Station. The
successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means
of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the
