The scope of work for this project shall consist of:
1) The slit draining of seven (7) existing golf course greens on Holes #1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11 ,15.
2) The leveling, re-grassing and or rebuilding of tees on Holes # 2, 7, 12.
3) The installation of block curbing along existing cart paths adjacent to the above work areas. The installation of new cartpath along Hole #7 tees.
Timing for this project shall be as follows:
Bid letting and plans available June 19th, 2017
Pre-Bid Meeting (not mandatory) June 26th, 2017 1:00 PM
Bids due July 11th , 2017, 10:00 AM
City Board Approval August 9th, 2017
Project Commencement October 23rd, 2017
Project Completion December 15th, 2017*
* Note that Contractor is expected, in good faith, to complete this project by the date listed above. However the contract for this project shall not expire until June 1st, 2018, in order that any work that cannot be completed due to weather circumstances or other delays recognized by the City as being egregious and beyond the Contractor's control, may be continued in the Spring of 2018 or once the cause of delay has been sufficiently rectified.
