Description

It is the intent of these specifications to establish a contract for repairs to various small equipment owned, rented, leased, or otherwise controlled by the City of Rochester. Repairs are to be done at the contractor’s facility.

Repairs may include parts which are to be supplied by the contractor at the time of repair.

The equipment referenced in Section 2 is intended solely to present examples of the type of equipment which may need repairs. The City makes no guarantee as to the type of repairs actually to be ordered during the contract term.
