PROJECT ESTIMATE:  $1,675,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: 
This project will proceed under three (3) UNIT PRICE contracts as follows:

A.  General Construction (Est. $1,475,000.00) - Work items include, but are not limited to:
Routing & sealing of cracks, concrete patching of decks/beams/columns/walls, supplemental post-tension beams at South Avenue Garage, expansion joint replacement, elastomeric coatings on faces of concrete beams, application of traffic topping on concrete decks and stairs, application of new waterproofing membrane on decks & curbs, application of concrete sealer, replacement of manhole covers at level 'C' of Court Street Garage, removal/replacement of cove sealants, joint sealants & expansion joint sealants, stair and landing repairs, replacement of elevators at Court Street Garage, work required for replacement of revenue control equipment at Genersee Crossroads and Washington Square Garages. NOTE: PTI CERTIFICATION REQUIRED - see section 032300
B.  Mechanical  (Est. $20,000.00) - Heating and Ventilation at Elevator Machine Room at Court Street Garage.
C.  Electrical (Est. $180,000.00) - Electrical and FACP for replacement of elevators at Court Street Garage.  Fire alarm system replacement at Genesee Crossroads Garage.  Electrical work required for replacement of revenue control equipment at Genesee Crossroads and Washington Square Garages.

Sealed Bids are to be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105-A, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded.
 
Bids shall be submitted only on the complete Proposal on the form provided by the City. Bids must be submitted in hard copy on the Proposal. Electronic bid submittals through BidNet will not be accepted.
