It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract(s) for Uniforms and Accessories required by the Rochester Police Department.
1.1 Any questions relative to interpretation of these specifications shall be requested in writing, to the Office of the Director of Purchasing, no later than ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids.
1.2 DO NOT MAKE INQUIRES BY PHONE OR IN PERSON.
1.3 No inquiries, if received within ten (10) days of the date set for the opening of bids will be given any consideration.
1.4 Any interpretation made to prospective bidders will be expressed in the form of an addendum to the specifications which, if issued, will be sent by ordinary or certified mail, at the City's option, to all prospective bidders.
1.5 No verbal statements made by a City of Rochester employee or anyone else are binding nor shall such statement be considered an official part of this bid proposal.
