It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for the purchase of Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Police FLHTP model motorcycles for Rochester Police Department. The motorcycles supplied under this contract shall be designed and engineered for law enforcement use, and all components shall be factory installed with exception of the sitcom communication components.
