Description

1.     SCOPE

      1.1 The intent of this specification is to secure payment books with coupons issued tO purchaser of a cemetery good or service similar to an installment loan book issued by
               banks for loans (e.g. mortgages, autos, etc.). To match current books as shown in Appendix A.

       1.2 The City reserves the right to request changes to the coupon books subject to negotiating price revisions (if applicable) acceptable to both parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the City reserves the right to terminate this contract and rebid.
