1.1 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to purchase BOMB PROTECTION DEVICES for the City of Rochester, Department of Environmental Services, as specified herein.

1.2 The City of Rochester NY wish to purchase three (3) hazardous device disruption tools or
disruptors for explosive device mitigation purposes.

1.3. The City of Rochester NY wish to purchase one (1) lightweight modular stand system for
targeting application of disruptor.

1.4. The City of Rochester NY wish to purchase one (1) collar mounting adapter for use of disruptor
with other stands.
