2024-G-006 - Westcott Lot Retaining Wall Replacement Project

The project consists primarily of the replacement of an existing retaining wall structure at the Westcott Parking Lot in the City of Oneonta. New concrete stairs will be installed to connect the parking lot to Main Street. New aluminum railing will be installed along the replacement wall top. Miscellaneous work included within the contract includes sidewalk replacement, curb replacement, and asphalt replacement. Construction work is scheduled to begin in late June 2025 and be completed by mid-October 2025.
