2024-011-G - Swart-Wilcox Barn Project

The work of the project is define by the Contract Documents and consist of the following:
1. Selective clearing and grubbing of project site.
2. Relocation of an exisiting barn, primarily finishes and main frames to be utilized for facade.
3. Site work for proposal barn relocation.
4. New parking lot with striping, including resurfacing the exisitng driveway.
5. New service connections for water, sewer, and underground electrical.
6. New superstructure and foundation.
7. Restoratiion of all disturbed areas (per construction details).
8. All remaining scope defined on the contract drawings and within the project specifications.

1. Project will be constructed under four (4) prime contracts.

  b. Electrical Contract
  c. Plumbing Contract
  d. Mechanical Contract
