All bids are to be submitted sealed.
The City will accept all sealed bids that either are received by hand delivery or mail.
All received bids will be initialed, dated and time recorded by Purchasing/Comptroller. Date and time will be recorded from an office computer or mobile (cell) phone.
Deadline for submission: December 12, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m.
Responses that miss the deadline will not be considered.

All bids must be clearly marked as “#21.25 For Materials and Supplies”.
