Description

The City of Newburgh is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed Fireworks Display vendors to present a show on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. The display will be a part of the 36th Annual International Festival held over the Labor Day weekend at the Delano-Hitch Recreation Park on Washington Street in the City of Newburgh.
Event (firing) site is Delano Hitch Park, 375 Washington Street, Newburgh, NY 12550. The site is land-based.
Rain Date: Monday, September 1, 2025.
Bidder will commit to both dates.
Fireworks Display: minimum of 20-25 minutes of high intensity. There shall be a continuous visible display without delays or breaks in performance. The finale should be emphasized.

Deadline for submission is 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2025.
Submit a sealed proposal mailed or delivered to: Robert Van Vlack, City Purchasing Agent, Office of the Comptroller – 4th Floor, City Hall, 83 Broadway, Newburgh, NY 12550.
All bids must be clearly marked as “#10.25 –“Festival Fireworks”.
To be considered responsive a bidder must meet the submission requirements as described below:
Bid package must contain all original documents and one digital copy (flash drive)
Submittal Form A – BID FORM WITH TECHNICAL PROPOSAL ATTACHMENT
Submittal Form B – COMPANY INFORMATION (SIGNED)
Submittal Form C – BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM (Signed)
Submittal Form D – NON-COLLUSION BIDDING AFFIDAVIT (Signed and Notarized)
Submittal Form E - CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE IRAN DIVESTMENT ACT (Signed and Notarized)
