Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingston requests proposals to establish the City’s Photo Speed Violation Monitoring System (PSVMS) to install and monitor automated photo enforcement in three (3) pre-determined school zones. The City will work with the selected vendor partner to develop, install, and implement the PSVMS. Firms are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms outlined in the RFP. Sub-Vendors, Subcontracting, and/or joint ventures are permitted. Minority Business Enterprises and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
