SECTION 1: PURPOSE
1.1 The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) hereby requests Proposals from
qualified firms or individuals to provide Sponsorship and Development Services on an as-
needed and non-exclusive basis.
1.2 The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence in or
about 01/01/23, and will terminate on 12/31/23, with three (3) one year (1) extension
periods.
SECTION 2: RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:
2.1 Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via
BidNetDirect.com no later than Friday, November 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer
chooses to submit a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal
must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2022-29
Sponsorship and Development Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than
20 pages in length, please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a
flash drive or compact disc (CD).
Statewide
