2025-26 - Litigation Counsel Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify and retain a qualified attorney or firm to provide as-needed litigation counsel to the City in connection with state or federal claims or suits, and/or general civil suits alleging tortious actions or omissions that may be filed or which may be threatened against the City, its officers, employees, departments, and related boards and agencies. Such claims shall include but not be limited to §1983 and constitutional tort claims, NYS Human Rights Law, and employment discrimination claims. MWBE-Certified vendors are encouraged to submit proposals.
