2025-12 - Event Attendance Tracking Services

The City of Albany seeks one or more qualified consultants to provide a software solution for event attendance tracking services. The City is seeking a vendor capable of delivering event tracking solutions, enabling us to efficiently monitor and analyze attendance at a range of events organized throughout the year. MWBE-Certified vendors are encouraged to submit proposals.

The successful consultant(s) will be expected to collaborate closely with stakeholders from the City of Albany to ensure that the developed event attendance tracking system aligns with organizational objectives and requirements. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for providing training and support to enable effective utilization of the system by designated staff members.
