SECTION 1: PURPOSE
1.1 The City of Albany Office of Cultural Affairs hereby requests proposals from qualified
entities to provide Beverage Distributors to sponsor the City of Albany’s 2019 events. The
City seeks a beverage sponsor or sponsors who can meet the sponsorship criteria as outlined
below. We are requesting you submit your proposal for any one or all of these events as a
one year and a three year sponsorship. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's
Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
SECTION 2: RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:
2.1 Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via
BidNetDirect.com no later than February 3, 2023 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer chooses to
submit a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal must be
received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2022-44 Technical
Coordinator Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than 20 pages in length,
please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a flash drive or
compact disc (CD).
