RFB-2790 - RFB-2790 Purchase of One (1) Pair of new/unused Auto Flaggers

It is the intent of the County of Chemung to Purchase One (1) Pair of New/Unused Auto Flaggers for the Department of Public Works meeting the specifications set forth herein. The County of Chemung intends to award to the responsible bidder for which they have provided the lowest responsive unit bid price. The equipment shall include all of the manufacturer’s standard options as well as any additional options to meet the intended use of the equipment and these specifications.
The Technical Specifications are based One (1) Pair of New/Unused Automated Flagger Assistance Device (AFAD) AF-54. The specifications are not intended to exclude any product, manufacturer, or vendor, but to describe the minimum quality and operational requirements. Equipment which meets or exceeds the minimum specifications and provide equivalent functions will be considered
