Sealed Bids will be received in the CHEMUNG COUNTY – CITY OF ELMIRA PURCHASING
DEPARTMENT, JOHN H. HAZLETT BUILDING, 203 LAKE STREET, ELMIRA, NEW YORK until 1:45 PM on September 21, 2018. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. on the same date.
